Players First
Our approach
Our approach is simple: "Players First." At a youth level, a player should not be trained or developed to win games. They should be developed as an individual player going through a process with multiple stages. As they progress, the wins will come naturally.

Pathway
College and Spain
A feeder system into professional teams such as Real Oviedo.
Who it is for
Serious players and families committed to a high level of futbol — European technique, tactical training, agility, mental training, mind and body control.
What the coaches optimize for
A winning mentality matters, but the coaches' main job is to develop players and give them the skill set to play at higher levels.
Conduct
Player social media is monitored, and conduct that diminishes the club or the player is not tolerated. This is written into player contracts.
Commitment
Players must be motivated and driven, or they will not wear the JFC uniform.
