These terms govern your use of this website, operated by Jersey Futbol Club. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

This site provides information about the club, its programs and its teams, and lets a parent or legal guardian inquire about them. It does not by itself register a player, reserve a place, or create any obligation on the club to accept a player.

Program dates, fees, schedules and locations described here may change. Nothing on this site is a contract or a guarantee of a roster place, playing time, or any athletic or college outcome.

Forms on this site must be completed by a parent or legal guardian. You agree that the information you give us is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it. How we handle it is described in our privacy policy.

You agree not to misuse this site: no attempting to gain unauthorized access, no interfering with its operation, no automated scraping of personal information, and no submitting false, abusive or unlawful content through our forms.

The club's name, crest, photographs, video and written content on this site belong to Jersey Futbol Club or to the people who licensed them to us, and may not be copied or reused commercially without written permission. Player and alumni images are published with permission and may not be reused.

We link to leagues, partner clubs and other organizations. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their practices.

This site is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that the information on it is complete or current at all times.

To the fullest extent the law allows, the club is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising out of your use of this website. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects the terms of the club's separate registration agreement, waivers or medical forms.

Nothing on this site is medical advice. Participation in soccer carries risk of injury. Decisions about a player's fitness to train or play are for a parent or guardian and their medical professional, and are governed by the club's registration paperwork, waivers and medical release — not by this website.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jersey Futbol Club, its officers, coaches, employees and volunteers against any claim, loss or expense arising from your misuse of this website, from content you submit through it, or from your breach of these terms.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues in force, and the unenforceable provision applies to the fullest extent the law allows. A delay in enforcing any part of these terms is not a waiver of it.

These terms, together with our privacy policy, are the entire agreement between you and the club regarding this website. They do not replace the club's registration agreement, waivers, medical forms or code of conduct, which govern participation itself.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, and any dispute about them belongs to the courts of that state.
